There is a great little freeware list generator here: To do this you will need Inkscape, MS Excel or comparable spreadsheet editor and a list generator. All typing instructions exclude quotations and include everything between them. These instructions should work for all versions of Windows. I couldn't find a single command that worked to run a batch so I got it to work by generating a file list and creating a series of commands.
